We are welcoming food trucks for our upcoming Earth Day Community Building Festival! The event will be taking place outside at Earl Haig Community Gardens on April 22, 2023 from 11am-4pm. We require vendors to be set up from 10am-4pm as there will be a one hour opportunity prior to the event starting to network with other businesses and organizations.
The aim of the Earth Day Community Building Festival is to bring local businesses, organizations, and clubs together in one place to allow for networking and community building. City of Brantford residents will have the chance to explore various local opportunities, including volunteer positions, new businesses, clubs, teams, etc.
The theme of this event is Earth Day and we are requiring all participants to include this theme in their set ups or interactions with attendees. You do not need to be a sustainably focused business but we do ask you acknowledge sustainability during the event. Examples include providing accurate disposal instructions for your product, being candid about where you source your materials, education, etc. Don’t feel overwhelmed, we have a team who is ready to help you incorporate environmentalism in your business and display!
